MSc and PhD positions in theoretical particle physics

MSc and PhD positions in theoretical particle physics may become available in Johannes Henn's group at JGU Mainz, Germany. The main focus of the group lies in the study of hidden structures in scattering amplitudes, in supersymmetric theories as well as in QCD, and the development of new methods with applications to collider physics. Students will find the scientific environment at JGU Mainz very stimulating. Regular workshops on a broad range of topics are organized at the MITP.

There is currently one advertised position in Johannes Henn’s group. For more information see here. Please forward the following form to your referee to be uploaded on AcademicJobsOnline as well as your application.

Unsolicited applications by exceptional candidates, whose experience ties in with the research area of the group, are always welcome and will gladly be considered. If you wish to submit an unsolicited application, please include the following documents:

Internships in Particle Physics - a Hands-on Research Experience

We are opening our doors to offer excellent students in physics outstanding learning and professional development opportunities in the Cluster of Excellence PRISMA. We offer internships in theoretical high energy physics. For the time period of at least eight to 12 weeks our internship students support experienced researchers in the laboratories and PRISMA covers their accommodation costs and reimburse their travel expenses.
